Mr. Zhibin Liu  Ph.D. in Engineering from North China Electric Power University with a specialization in control theory and control engineering, is a senior engineer and doctoral/master’s supervisor at Hebei University. With over a decade of experience in central enterprises focusing on new energy and electric vehicle charging and swapping technologies, he has established himself as a leading researcher in the energy domain. His professional expertise and research interests span vehicle-to-grid interaction, charging safety warning and protection, virtual power plants, demand response, and the development of smart energy systems across source-grid-load-storage integration.
