Nosaibeh completed her B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in 2006, followed by an M.Sc. in Energy Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in 2013. She then pursued a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering at the University of Cape Town, which she completed in 2019. Her academic journey reflects a strong foundation in engineering and a commitment to advancing her expertise in renewable energy and bioprocessing.

Starting her career in 2007 at the Iranian Oil Terminals Company, Nosaibeh applied her extensive chemical engineering knowledge to optimize processes and design a chemical plant, showcasing her problem-solving skills. Since 2019, she has been a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Cape Town.

She focuses on optimizing bioethanol production using both suspended and immobilized cells in continuous reactors.
