Professionally, Dr. Basmah Alzamil serves as an Assistant Professor and Internal Consultant at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, where she teaches courses in research methods, entrepreneurship, performance management, strategic management, and administrative leadership. Her previous experience as a lecturer and teaching assistant strengthened her pedagogical expertise and mentorship capabilities, enabling her to guide students in developing critical and creative thinking skills.
