Zhou Shaoqing is a Professor and Director at the World Ethnic Studies Division of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Beijing. Internationally, he has served as a visiting scholar at the University of Toronto and The Danish Institute for Human Rights, enhancing his comparative research on ethnic governance and legal pluralism.
